Students from Japan at the EIC, be part of the 'Host Family' project!

 

Students from the Canadian Academy of the city of Kobe, Japan visit us from April 26 to May 5.

After a long trip and the corresponding jet lag, but with many enthusiasm and full of energy, 13 students and their teachers, Eva Sebastián and Ibón Rosell, are already sharing intense days with families and students of BACC1  and ESO4.

'Being a Host Family' is another way that students and families of the EIC have to be able to enjoy international activities using English as a vehicular language but also practicing Spanish or other languages worked at the school like French, German or Chinese.

This one that takes us over for a week is a pilot experience that gives us an enrichment in every way given the baggage of the students that visit us, since the Canadian Academy is also an IB (International Baccalaureate) school and for the interest of the two institutions so that it is the beginning of a series of projects that we can work together.

Let's take the opportunity to give the warmest welcome to students and teachers and, above all, we would like to thank the EIC families that are hosting these students, supporting the initiative and making the stay for the Canacad students, an unforgettable trip.
